All services provided for tour & travel arrangements through LatinExplore LLC are subject to the Terms & Conditions specified on the following statement. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Engaging in a reservation with us implies understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Reservations & Deposits
Once a quote of services is agreed upon with our travel consultant, a $200 per person deposit is required in order to activate your reservation and secure space of services.
If the hotels chosen are not available, we will attempt to obtain the next best available hotel in the city/region visited. We should have confirmation of suggested services and facilities and or suitable alternatives within 48 hours after receiving your deposit. If these are acceptable, we will apply your deposit to the final payment. If the services we proposed are not acceptable, your deposit will be refunded in full.
If you are not purchasing your international airfare through Latin Explore we highly recommend not to do so until your land arrangements are confirmed and secured by us.

Final Payment
Your initial $200 per person deposit will be applied to the final payment which is due upon confirmation of services. For those travelling on one of our pre-paid deal programs any additional fees for extra services or specified taxes if applicable will be due upon confirmation of services to keep your reservation in good standing.

Changes, Fees & Costs
- Any change to confirmed service/s requested 45+ days prior to travel date is subject to a $25 per person, per change fee.
- Any change to confirmed service/s requested within 45 days of travel date are subject to a $50 per person, per change fee.
- If your vacation includes flights, changes and cancellations applicable vary by airline booked. Flight Cancellations will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Changes to booked air travel dates depend on tariff booked, as well as fare difference and change fees.
Cancellations & Refunds
Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended for which you are responsible to purchase. In the event you cancel your reservation your right to a refund is limited.

In certain cases other cancellation penalties may apply during certain holiday periods by certain hotels or other suppliers with stricter cancellation penalties than Latin Explore LLC. In those cases the customer will pay for the additional penalties imposed to us by these suppliers.
You agree to pay any cancellation or change fees that you incur. In limited cases, some hotels do not permit changes to or cancellations of reservations after they are made, as indicated in the rules and restrictions for the hotel reservation. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions imposed with respect to your prepaid hotel reservations.
All claims for refunds should be made in writing. No refunds will be made for unused services and/or changes on travel arrangements by traveler's decision after the departure date. No refunds applicable for lost services due to changes and/or delays on airline schedules.
Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended for which you are responsible to purchase. In the event you cancel your reservation your right to a refund is limited.
The following cancellation fees will apply in addition to any supplier fee and penalties for all confirmed reservations:
- 45 (or more) days prior to travel date a $100 per person fee will apply
- 44 - 31 days before travel date will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking sale price
- 30 - 15 days prior to travel date will incur a fee equivalent to 85% of the total booking sale price
- 14 days prior to travel date incur a fee equivalent to 100% of total booking sale price

All travelers need to carry a valid passport for proof of US citizenship. Passport should be valid at least 6 months after your return date. Non U.S. passport holders should inquire with your local consulate. We do not assume any responsibility for denied boarding or entry at your destination. Code of Conduct: LatinExplore LLC supports the fight to stop Human Trafficking including exploitation of children for labour and sexual purposes. The travel industry has a high moral duty to assist in the awareness of such actions and we will verify any situation that merits our attention regarding this matter.
Car Rental: if your booking involves a car rental, please acquaint yourself with the rules of your particular rental company. A deposit (varies per company and per car) will be required upon signing of contract for up to $1500 to be placed on a major credit card. If you present yourself with no card or with no credit to place the hold, the rental company might reserve the right to deny the release of your car.
Responsibility
LatinExplore LLC's responsibility is to coordinate and provide arrangements with other independent parties to provide you with the travel services purchased. LatinExplore LLC is responsible to you only for services under our direct control, however in the absence of negligence on our part, we are not responsible for any claims, losses, damages or delay of baggage or other property; or delay, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, distress or frustration, whether physical or mental arising from acts of God, the act or omission of any party other than LatinExplore LLC and its employees; mechanical failures, government actions, weather or other factors beyond our control; failure to obtain documents, passports, visas and health certificates valid through the date of reentry when required, in which our cancellation charges will be assessed; failure to follow instructions including but not limited to check-in and check-out times and baggage handling; cancellation or change for any reason in travel services contracted and medical or health problems or physical disabilities. LatinExplore LLC and its representatives and/or suppliers reserve the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a tour passenger in cases which person´s health or mental condition, or physical infirmity or general deportment, impede the operation of the tour or the rights of welfare or enjoyment of the other tour passengers. In this case LatinExplore LLC will refund the portion of un-provided ground services.
Travelers choosing to participate in these vacation programs do so at their own risk. LatinExplore LLC is not to be held responsible for injuries, damage expenses and/or costs resulting from accidents or accidental death while participating in these vacation programs. LatinExplore LLC reserves the right to cancel or change contracted travel services at its discretion except otherwise noted herein. In the event of complete cancellation by LatinExplore LLC we shall refund all monies paid to us constituting a full settlement of all liability. No agent, employee or representative of LatinExplore LLC has the authority to alter, modify or waive any of the provisions herein. TRAVEL SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Prepaid Hotel Reservations
You acknowledge that LATINEXPLORE LLC pre-negotiates certain room rates with hotel suppliers to facilitate the booking of reservations on your behalf. The room rate displayed on the Website is a combination of the pre-negotiated room rate for rooms reserved on your behalf by LATINEXPLORE LLC and the facilitation fee retained by LATINEXPLORE LLC to compensate us for our services. You authorize LATINEXPLORE LLC to book reservations for the total reservation price, which includes the room rate displayed on the Website, plus tax recovery charges, and service fees. You agree that your credit card will be charged by LATINEXPLORE LLC for the total reservation price. Upon submitting your reservation request you authorize LATINEXPLORE LLC to facilitate hotel reservations on your behalf, including making payment arrangements with hotel suppliers.
You acknowledge that LATINEXPLORE LLC does not collect taxes for remittance to applicable taxing authorities. The tax recovery charges on prepaid hotel transactions are a recovery of the estimated transaction taxes (e.g. sales and use, occupancy, room tax, excise tax, value added tax, etc) that LATINEXPLORE LLC pays to the hotel supplier in connection with your hotel reservations. The hotel suppliers invoice LATINEXPLORE LLC for tax amounts. The Hotel suppliers remit applicable taxes to the applicable taxing jurisdictions. LATINEXPLORE LLC does not act as co-vendors with the supplier with whom we book or reserve our customer's travel arrangements. Taxability and the appropriate tax rate vary greatly by location. The actual tax amounts paid by LATINEXPLORE LLC to the hotel suppliers may vary from the tax recovery charge amounts, depending upon the rates, taxability, etc. in effect at the time of the actual use of the hotel by our customers. We retain our service fees as compensation in servicing your travel reservation. Our service fees vary based on the amount and type of hotel reservation and specific agreement with each supplier.
All services provided for tour & travel arrangements through LatinExplore LLC are subject to the Terms & Conditions specified on the following statement. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Engaging in a reservation with us implies understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Once a quote of services is agreed upon with our travel consultant, a $200 per person deposit is required in order to activate your reservation and secure space of services. If the hotels chosen are not available, we will attempt to obtain the next best available hotel in the city/region visited. We should have confirmation of suggested services and facilities and or suitable alternatives within 48 hours after receiving your deposit. If these are acceptable, we will apply your deposit to the final payment. If the services we proposed are not acceptable, your deposit will be refunded in full.
If you are not purchasing your international airfare through Latin Explore we highly recommend not to do so until your land arrangements are confirmed and secured by us.
Groupon, LivingSocial, Ideeli and other Discount Platform Reservations
For those traveling on one a pre-paid deal program, contact us stating desired travel dates and all travelers’ information in order for us to begin your reservation process. Please keep in mind we are subject to hotel space availability which changes constantly. Until the hotel responds with confirmation codes, and we forward your written confirmations, you are not confirmed. If you are not purchasing your international airfare through Latin Explore we strongly recommend not to do so until your land arrangements are confirmed and secured by us.
Final Payment
Your initial $200 per person deposit will be applied to the final payment which is due upon confirmation of services. For those travelling on one of our pre-paid deal programs any additional fees for extra services or specified taxes if applicable will be due upon confirmation of services to keep your reservation in good standing.
Changes, Fees & Costs
No Shows
In the event you do not show for the first night of the reservation and plan to check-in for subsequent nights in your reservation, you must confirm the reservation changes with LATINEXPLORE LLC no later than the date of the first night of the reservation to prevent automatic cancellation of your entire reservation.
Cancellations & Refunds
Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended for which you are responsible to purchase. In the event you cancel your reservation your right to a refund is limited. The following cancellation fees will apply in addition to any supplier fee and penalties for all confirmed reservations:
All cancellations must be received in writing. In certain cases other cancellation penalties may apply during certain holiday periods by certain hotels or other suppliers with stricter cancellation penalties than Latin Explore LLC. In those cases the customer will pay for the additional penalties imposed to us by these suppliers.
You agree to pay any cancellation or change fees that you incur. In limited cases, some hotels do not permit changes to or cancellations of reservations after they are made, as indicated in the rules and restrictions for the hotel reservation. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions imposed with respect to your prepaid hotel reservations.
All claims for refunds should be made in writing. No refunds will be made for unused services and/or changes on travel arrangements by traveler's decision after the departure date. No refunds applicable for lost services due to changes and/or delays on airline schedules.
Entry Requirements
All travelers need to carry a valid passport for proof of US citizenship. Passport should be valid at least 6 months after your return date. Non U.S. passport holders should inquire with your local consulate. We do not assume any responsibility for denied boarding or entry at your destination. Travel Code of Conduct: LatinExplore LLC supports the fight to stop Human Trafficking including exploitation of children for labour and sexual purposes. The travel industry has a high moral duty to assist in the awareness of such actions and we will verify any situation that merits our attention regarding this matter.
Car Rental: if your booking involves a car rental, please acquaint yourself with the rules of your particular rental company. A deposit (varies per company and per car) will be required upon signing of contract for up to $1500 to be placed on a major credit card. If you present yourself with no card or with no credit to place the hold, the rental company might reserve the right to deny the release of your car.

- Any change to confirmed service/s requested within 45 days of travel date are subject to a $50 per person, per change fee.
- If your vacation includes flights, changes and cancellations applicable vary by airline booked. Flight Cancellations will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Changes to booked air travel dates depend on tariff booked, as well as fare difference and change fees.
